Abstract EN

The study aimed to know the effectiveness of using the blackboard system in the development of E-leaming skills from the point of view of femail students in kingergarden department at Hail University, and to identify the impact of study variables (study level, cumulative rate, and previous experiences in computer) on the responses of the sample members.

The researcher used the descriptive curriculum using questioner consisted three approach’s, after verifying the validity and stability of the research tool, it was applied to the students of the Kindergarten Department at the College of Education - University of Hail / Al- Shamlli Branch, during the first semester of the year 2020-2021, and their number were (164) students The study reached to several results, the most important are: The effectiveness of using the blackboard system in the development of E-learning skills from the students point of view came at an intermediate degree in all areas of study, and the results showed the existence of statistically significant differences due to the impact of the student level, at the level of indication (a = 0.05), the differences came in favor of the third year and above.

The most important recommendations of the research is to intensify the training of female students since the first year on how to use the Blackboard system before starting the actual teaching process to acquire E-leaming skills and to be able to interact with the electronic environment, and take advantage of all the services provided by the system.
