The aim of the research is to evaluate gifted care programs in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and proposed a suggested framework.

Hence, the researcher has utilized a descriptive survey approach.

Therefore, the researcher has prepared a questionnaire for evaluating gifted students’ care programs, which included (109) vocabulary, distributed over four areas namely the educational environment, the system for detecting gifted people, the nature of the programs applied in their care and the selection and training of gifted teachers.

The questionnaire was distributed to (212) male and female teachers in gifted education centers and schools.

The results showed that the quality standards of gifted care programs were achieved in general to a medium degree with a general average of (2.78), the quality standard for selecting and training gifted teachers ranked first with an average of (2.97) and followed by the standard of quality of programs applied in the care of the gifted with an average of (2.80).

The educational environment quality standard ranked as third with an average of (2.72) and the quality standard of the system for detecting gifted students received a low degree of verification which ranked as fourth and last with an average of (2.53).

Based on the results of the research, the researcher recommended that the gifted programs should be reviewed, and determining their conformity with the new international standards so that they keep pace with these global programs with the aim of achieving maximum benefit from them and ultimately developing mechanisms for selecting teachers and improving training programs.
