Abstract EN

The study aimed at presenting proposed standards in the light of TPACK framework for evaluating the teacher’s teaching performance by the educational supervisor.

The study used the Delphi method to build these standards, and then utilized the descriptive analytical approach to reveal the degree of importance of the proposed standards from the point of view of educational supervisors.

The study sample consisted of 12 experts (including 9 faculty members in universities and 3 educational supervisors), while the field study sample consisted of 59 educational supervisors in the city of Arar.

The findings showed the identification of (30) proposed standards, divided into four dimensions: standards for content knowledge, standards for pedagogical knowledge, standards for Technology knowledge, and standards for Technological pedagogical content knowledge (TPACK).

The results of the field study also showed a high degree of importance for all dimensions from the viewpoint of the educational supervisors, and there were no statistically significant differences between the averages of their responses due to the gender variable, while there were differences attributed to the specialization variable in the content knowledge and pedagogical knowledge dimensions in favor of the scientific specialization, and differences attributed to the experience variable in favor of for those with experience (5- 10 years).
