Abstract EN

The current study aimed to determine the level of achievement of the dimensions of the Authentizotic organizations at the University of Najran from the point of view of the faculty members, and the level of commitment of the faculty members to the psychological contract and to identify the relationship between them.

The descriptive correlative approach was used by distributing a questionnaire designed for this purpose.

The poulation of the study was (312) faculty members selected randomly from Najran University, KSA.

The results revealed that the level of achievement of the dimensions of the Authentizotic organizations at the University of Najran in general was a greatdegree, the level commitment of faculty members at Najran University to the psychological contract was very large.

It is also found that there was a statistically significant relationship between all the dimensions of the six Authentizotic organizations and the level of commitment of faculty members to the psychological contract, except for the dimension of reconciliation between work and family, where the relationship between them was not significant.
