Abstract EN

This study aimed at determining the role of strategic entrepreneurship which is pertaining to the innovative thoughts, innovating, bearing the risks and the responding for the internal & external environment, which have conjunction with the small & median projects, also determining the marketing opportunities and the obstacles, also preparing an evaluation study to know the relationship between the productive graduate projects and the Strategic entrepreneurship.

This paper hypothesized that there is statistical relationship between the Strategic entrepreneurship and elaborating of performance of the small & median projects.

There are many findings such as the project has to use social media means for selling its products, also the project needs to execute its activities innovatively and with innovative thoughts and also the management of the project has ability to make decisions at suitable time for avoiding predictable risks, accordingly the researchers suggest supporting exchanged the communication means , thoughts and information with economic institutions in Sudan or abroad, and to put more attention on Strategies of the diversity & promotion of their products, and do their best to use of technical & economic investments as means of developing the graduate productive small and median projects.
