Abstract EN

The Study aimed to identify the impact of management information systems on the performance of workers in Sudan, a case Study of the Commercial Farms Bank (20102020-).

The Study relied on the analytical approach and the description of the case, which represented in collecting the Study sample from the bank’s employees using the easy Study sample, and the questionnaire was adopted as a scientific methodology in data collection, where (110) questionnaires were distributed, and (100) valid for analysis were returned, with a percentage of (91%) ) where several statistical methods were used for the analysis, including means, Standard deviations, Pearson’s coefficientAlpha Cronbach, where the Study concluded that there are statistically significant relationships between the use of management information syStems (physical syStems, software, users, security syStems, engineers and technicians) and the performance of bank employees through the use of technical packages and their application in their various activities.

Therefore, the Study recommended the necessity of optimal application of these syStems and benefiting from them through training the human cadre in the bank in order to be more sophisticated in keeping with the banking work of a professional nature, which directly depends on the extent of its use of these technologies and packages in all Stages of administrative and banking work, which in turn provides a competitive work environment for the employee and the clienttogether.
