Abstract EN

This study dealt with the effect of the practice of delegation in raising the administrative performance of employees from the viewpoint of the employees of the Sudanese Company for Water Generation and Renewable Energies (20192021- AD).

Leaders pay attention to their basic tasks such as planning, directing and following up, and creating promising administrative cadres.

The study used the descriptive approach to analyze and verify the problem, by formulating its questions and hypotheses to try to find the appropriate solution through the questionnaire form, and it concluded that there is a statistically significant correlation between delegation and building trust between superiors and subordinates in the Sudanese Water Generating Company.

It also concluded that there is a statistically significant correlation between delegation and achieving organizational effectiveness and business in the Sudanese Water Generating Company.
