The study on the impact of the availability of management information systems requirements in the performance of the functions of human resource management application on the Agricultural Bank of Sudan (2004-2014).
Consisted study the problem of the Sudanese business environment were not immune to all of these developments on the side of information, the Sudanese banks are affected by other technological development and global competition, and political factors, and the economies of the world, as it seeks to capitalize on its role of technological progress in the management of human resources, as well as the adoption of management information allows them to face various challenges systems.
This study is important as counting this first study by science researcher focusing on the management information systems requirements, and the importance that can be triggered by these systems and their impact on human resources management performance organizations Sudanese business, as well as scientific modest in the development of human resources management performance, the possibility of access to the results of the management information systems from which to propose recommendations to contribute to the improvement of human resource management performance.
The study aimed to, identify the impact of the physical requirements of management information systems for human resources management, identify the impact of supplies software for management information systems for human resources management, the statement of the impact of human requirements for management information systems for human resources management, the relationship between the regulatory requirements for management information systems analysis and human resources management.
the study followed the descriptive analytical method, the study concluded many of the most important results, the bank will employ qualified personnel scientifically, practically and training on the use of management information systems, which gives the state of trust between employees and the bank and increases the efficiency of service delivery to customers.
