Abstract EN

The research aims to stand on the features of the approach of Imam Abi Abdullah Al-Hakim by presenting samples of hadiths from his book Al-Mustadrak on the two Sahihs, and then clarifying the approach of the two sheikhs in explaining the narrators, and in the chains and texts.

The importance of this research lies in the explanations of Imam Abu Abdullah al-Hakim al-Nisaburi for the two sheikhs’ failure to extract some hadiths despite the validity of their chains of transmission, and his action has an impact on knowing their approach and their conditions in selecting the hadiths of the two Sahihs, by mentioning the reason why they did not extract the hadiths that he reconciled to them, in addition to the text Scholars of terminology, especially Imam Ibn Hajar in his commentary on al-Bukhari, bearing in mind that the failure to extract the hadith may be due to a defective or non-derogatory reason.

The method used in this study is the inductive analytical method.

The study reached the most important results, the most important of which is the privilege of the two sheikhs to investigate the narration, especially the condition of justice, as they only come out to the famous narrator known as the narrator, even if the matter is related to the advanced classes of the Companions and the followers, as the mentioned models indicated that the correct limit mentioned by the ruler, which is the requirement of two narrators on the authority of the Companion.

And from the Followers, examples in the two Sahihs are deduced, but it is not an absolute condition in everything that they produce, as the two sheikhs had a strict stance on the issue of exclusivity, as they sometimes leave a hadith of trust just because of its uniqueness, even if it is a singularity that is likely to be correct for others.

This is because it is a condition of extracting the most correct of what they have gathered and leaving what is less than that, and this means that what is above by exclusivity and they did not bring it out does not necessarily mean that it is wrong.
