Abstract EN

The study aimed to shed light on the great role that political fatwas play, and the extent of their impact on Islamic societies, and to reveal the weaknesses surrounding the fatwa centers, and the extent of their independence from the political dimension and authoritarian interests, and to develop effective solutions in order to keep religion away from political absurdity and its standing as a party in political disputes.

And clarifying the consequences of some political fatwas of a collapse in the social dimension and the rush of Muslims to dangerous curves, and clarifying the great role of the lack of financial independence of fatwa centers and the impact of this in forcing them to agree to the authority in what they go to, and the research seeks to mention the reasons that led the ruling authority to tyranny Politics and exclusivity in power, giving priority to personal interests over the interests of peoples, revealing the most important tools exploited by tyrannical ruling regimes in consolidating their rule, giving a religious character to the rulings they issue, and highlighting the negative effects of some political fatwas and their impact on the reality of Muslims in terms of intellectual, political and economic terms.

The importance of this topic lies in laying hands on the shortcomings and causes of weakness and trying to find the necessary solutions, to preserve the luster and independence of religious institutions, and to keep them away from political fighting and entrenchment of interests, and to get out of the cycle of authoritarian exploitation of religion .There were many fatwas that were exploited by the tyrannical ruling regimes in consolidating their rule and giving a religious character to the rulings they issued; In order to achieve expansionist goals or to achieve self-interests in which there is a lot of injustice and arbitrariness to the people, or to eliminate opponents and political opposition...etc.

Many jurists have helped such authoritarian tendencies in exchange for money or positions; which negatively affected the jurisprudential reality and moved it from a humane, legal, moral guidance to a tool of coercion, violence and flattening of minds to be satisfied with injustice and reliance to falsehood under the name of hearing and obedience.

It is worth noting that there are fatwas issued by jurists at a certain time for events presented to them that suited the conditions of their time and were correct at the time, but their permanence after hundreds of years and the change of circumstances and societies made them seem illogical, with the impossibility of their application, which puts the jurists in front of the responsibility of canceling these fatwas or Renewing it in line with the requirements of the era in which we live within the legal constants.
