هدفت الدراسة إلى التعريف على إثبات النسب و نفبه بالبصمة الوراثية باعتباره دليل علمي حديث و تمثل البصمة في أن النسب من القضايا التي لها أثر عظيم في حياة البشر و حفظه من مقاصد الشريعـة انتهجت.
المنهـج الوصفي التحليل توصلت الدراسة إلى جملة من النتائج يجوز الاعتماد على البصمة الوراثية في إثبات النسب إذا توفرت الشروط والضوابـط..
Abstract EN
The study aimed to identify the proof and denial of lineage by genetic fingerprint as modern scientific evidence that represents the importance in that lineage is one of the issues that have a great impact on human life and keeping it from the purposes of sharia proving paternitg if the conditions and controls.
