Abstract EN

The topic of this research revolves around the statement of the relationship of the rule: “Performing the least evil when crowding” with the field of charitable work through examples and a report of applications, which showed the importance of this rule in this field.

The aim of the research in its basis is to show the necessity of charitable work discipline with the controls of Sharia by linking it to the legal rules, the rule: “committing the least evil when crowding” as a model.

In an attempt to link the formulas of the rule and some of its parts to the field of charitable work.

Then the conclusion, results and recommendations came in a brief outline of the research, targeting as a whole the category of workers in the charitable field, and targeting the authorities concerned with forensic scientific research.

This research falls within the circle of explaining the rule by linking it to the calamities of charitable work.

Where there was consensus on its legitimacy; The scholars expanded in the grammar books in explaining and representing them and collecting their branches; The forms received varied for their importance and sometimes for methodological considerations.

This research constitutes an invitation to researchers and a reference to the departments of Sharia studies to participate in the process of rationalizing charitable work.
