Licensing the establishment of participatory banks in Morocco through the development of a legal framework that governs their activity, represents a positive step in the path of establishing these institutions that reflects the important legislative development known to the banking sector, and then the economic need imposed by the changes taking place on the social and economic level and the serious challenges that resulted.

However, winning the bet in order for these banks to constitute an added value in this field requires a real will through positive interaction and initiative to enrich the project and support and develop the experience through legislative and professional work to complete the participatory banking system in the future.
