Abstract EN

The purpose of this study paper is to show extradition on money in the crime of mohareb, and the problem of the study was in the definition of extradition and the nature of extradition in each crime compared to other legislation.

The study aimed to identify the type of extradition in each of the crimes against money, with an explanation of the material and moral element of each crime, which helps in adapting the type of crime through the facts and individualizing the punishment after determining the image of the crime.

To find solutions to reduce crime on money.

The importance of the study is due to money and its importance in people’s lives, so it is necessary to define the type of money on which the crime is committed and to single out the punishment according to the type of crime.

The researcher followed the comparative inductive method and the descriptive analytical research as it is most appropriate for this research.
