Abstract EN

This study dealt with the impact of organizational conflict on the performance of employees at Shendi University, the study aimed to identify the impact of organizational conflict on the performance of employees and shed light on organizational conflict and its types and stages and know its impact on the performance of employees and highlight the role and importance of organizational conflict management and what it can achieve for business organizations in terms of solving problems.

The problem of the research was to know the impact of organizational conflict on the performance of employees, how to manage organizational conflict and its positive impact on the performance of employees in business institutions, which achieves stability, cooperation, teamwork and achieving goals.

The problem of the study is summarized in the following question: does organizational conflict affect the performance of staff.

The study followed the descriptive approach to cover the theoretical aspects, and the analytical approach to test the hypothesis of the study, which was represented in the following: There is a statistically significant relationship between the organizational conflict and the performance of workers.

The study reached a number of results, the most important of which are the results and recommendations, the unfairness in the distribution of powers leads to the existence of organizational conflict, the lack of clarity of responsibilities and granting some subordinates broader powers than others leads to a weak morale of subordinates, which negatively affects performance, unequal opportunities for promotion with preference Departments without the other in the distribution of resources contributed to creating an atmosphere of organizational conflict.
