Abstract EN

The study aimed to investigate the level of effectiveness of educational leadership for the administration of Palestine Technical University - Kadoorie / Ramallah Branch from the point of view of its employees.

The researcher used the descriptive analytical method.

The study population consisted of all the university's 100 employees.

The random sample of the study was 50%.

The results of the study indicated that the educational leadership effectiveness level for the administration of Palestine Technical University Kadoorie Ramallah Branch from the point of view of its employees was Medium, mean level (3.55) and a percentage (71%).

It also indicated that there were statistically significant differences due to the variable of gender in favor of females.

The study indicated that there were statistically significant differences due to the variable to the educational qualification in favor of bachelor's versus master's holders, and in favor of master's versus doctoral holders.

The results did not show statistically significant differences due to the variable number of years of experience.

The researcher recommended the necessity of involving educational leaders in workshops concerned with developing their leadership skills, and involving educational leaders in decision-making.
