Abstract EN

The current study started from a main question: "What is the role of organizational immunity in facing crises within organizations? " The study was exposed to two basic concepts: crisis and organizational immunity, and it also relied on a theoretical approach consisting of two theories, namely the risk society theory and the theory of structure formation.

The sample consisted of 183 respondents in the company in the field of study.

The study found a number of results, the most important of which are: There is an effect of the regulatory immune systems represented in organizational learning, organizational memory and regulatory genes combined in preventive and therapeutic crisis management strategies.

The company also adopts the field of study remedial measures to manage crises after their occurrence, and also takes initiative to mitigate the damage of the crisis after its occurrence.

To reduce the breadth of its effects, the company benefits from the lessons of the experiences it has previously gone through, and it works to train workers to develop their skills according to a systematic, programmed plan.
