Abstract EN

This study aimed to identify the impact of long distance education during the corona pandemic period on the level of achievement of( home economics) students at the college of education in dilam (prince sattam university), the sample included the grades of all (home economics) students in the first and second semesters of the academic year 1441hijri and the first semester of 1442hijri, The study answered the following questions: 1- are there differences in the level of female students achievement in the semesters (first 1441- second 1441 – and first 1442 ) in In theoretical subjects according to learning style (direct or distance), 2- are there differences in the level of female students achievement in the semesters (first 1441- second 1441 – and first 1442 ) in practical subjects according to learning style (direct or distance), the comparative descriptive approach was used to reach an answer to the questions.

The results indicated that there are statistically significant differences between the three classes according to the different learning style (direct first term 1441 and mixed second semester 1441 and electronic the entire first semester of 1442) The results of the Schefft's comparisons test also confirmed that the achievement of female students between the first and second semesters 1441 was in the direction of the first semester (direct) in 8 subjects out of 11 that had differences in general, and the results also confirmed the existence of statistically significant differences between the achievement of students for the second semester 1441 and the second semester 1441.

The first academic year 1442 in all subjects except for subjects (fashion design 1, basics of automatic manual embroidery, training in the model home) in the direction of the second semester 1441, and the results indicated that there are statistically significant differences in general between the two modes of direct and electronic education in the remaining subjects, and when Using Schefft's comparisons, the results confirmed the existence of statistically significant differences in the five subjects and Schefft's comparisons confirmed, the results confirmed the existence of statistically significant differences in the five subjects (feeding sensitive groups - preventive nutrition - human nutrition - food health - food education) between the first and second semesters 1441 This is in the direction of the second semester.

The study recommends making more comparisons in applied educational disciplines to reach a better development of education in its various forms
