Abstract EN

The rulings of the Shari'a are mostly justifiable, and this is what most scholars have in the past and the present.

This may be clear when exploring the Islamic law universals and its rules.

The justified rules are varied; some of them are justified generally and others are in detail.

Some of them have two justifications but others have one.

In this research, I gathered the rulings which have two justifications and divided the research into an introduction and a preamble, two topics, and a conclusion.

The introduction included the importance of the topic and the reasons for choosing it, the approach and the plan.

The preface includes the definition of justification "Ila" and its divisions.

Also, I mentioned the relationship between the justification and juristic deduction, analogy, and Legal objectives
