Despite the importance of the role that the administrative division plays in facilitating the state's administrative affairs; However, it may be the source of many political problems within the state, and its problems may worsen and result in its disintegration and collapse.

This division itself may be a step towards the fragmentation of the state into small states, or a source of civil wars among the population of one state.

The borders of most Arab countries have been crystallized, and within them central governments that control areas have been marred by many border problems with some of them colonial legacies.

Therefore, its administrative division has become hereditary, and despite its problems, these countries are afraid to talk about it or to prejudice it because of the tribal nature of the population, and the variation in the distribution of petroleum or mineral wealth.

Or the natural conditions of mountains, plateaus and deserts, and the nature of urban distribution in such countries.
