The study aims to indicate the extent of the financial leasing compatibility with the purposes of the lawmaker, in addition to an indication of the importance of the financial leasing to a country and individuals, especially that leasing financing is one of the financing formulas that contributed to the economic and investment renaissance and the fight against unemployment, and the financial delay has proven its effectiveness at a time when traditional funding sources have declined from project financing, and we will use the inductive method that shows all of the above, and the study concluded a set of results and recommendations.

The most important results, which are that the financial leasing collects a number of contracts and therefore is only a development for them, as the financial leasing has proven its economic effectiveness in development and service projects and fighting it for unemployment, and among the most important recommendations, the Sharia Supervisory Board is legalizing the financial leasing and setting conditions that make formulas Funding that is not impeccable in violation of the provisions of Islamic Sharia, we recommend universities and specialized research centers to teach finance leasing compared to similar contracts.
