يتناول البحث دراسة موقف الإنكشارية من أهالى البلقان خاصة الصربين الذين يطالبون بحقوقهم في الإستقلال الذاتى عن الدولة العثمانية عام 1804م، حيث تناول البحث الموقف الإنكشارى من أهالى الصرب وكيفية معاملتهم، حينما طالبوا بالإستقلال لبلادهم، كما وضح البحث رد الفعل العثمانى على موقف الإنكشارية تجاه الصرب و تذمر أهلها من معاملة الإنكشارية لهم، كما تناول رد فعل الدول الأوربية عامة و الروس خاصة تجاه سياسة الإنكشارية و الدولة العثمانية بحكم أنها المسئول الرئيس عن دول البلقان و السلافيين.

Abstract EN
The study deals with the study of the janissaries'attitude towards the people of the Balkans, especially the Serbs, who demand their rights to autonomy from the Ottoman Empire in1804AD.
where did the research deal with situation janissary position of the people of the Balkans and how to treat them.
When they asked independence for their country, the research also clarified the Ottoman reaction to a situation janissary towards the flock and its people grumbled about the janissary treatment of them.
it also dealt with the reaction of the European countries in general, and the Russians in particular, towards the policy of the janissaries and the Ottoman Empire, as it is the main responsible for the Balkan countries and the Slavs.
