Abstract EN

Research Objectives: -Contribute to the service of the Prophet's Sunnah.

-Identify the personality of Abu Enaba al-Khawlani, and indicate his class.

-Identify the statements of the imams and their evidence in proving and denying companionship from him.

Research Methodology : In this research, I followed the inductive, analytical and critical approach, by extrapolating and collecting the sayings of the imams, in Abu Enaba and then studying them, analyzing and criticizing them to reach the correct saying.

Results: I found that Abba Enaba was known by his nickname, and differed in his name on statements, none of which is evidenced.

It also concluded that Abu Enabat al-Khawlani is not considered to be in the companions, and that he is the safest in the life of the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him), but that he was not seen by the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him)
