Understanding Shariah, and arranging rulings on its evidence, is only available to well-established scholars, the capacity to understand the evidence, and the order of ruling on it has conditions and controls set by the fundamentalists, only those who have the tools of judgment and consideration available, and gather the conditions of fatwa, conclusion and questioning for judgment.

One encounters in these times people who thought that looking into the rulers of scholars is sufficient to produce rulings, or to return to the stable ones by canceling, and they do not know that the generation of rulings has conditions and controls if they are missed.

When a person transcends the understanding of the text, or misplaces it, or interrogates it without what he wants, he falls into whims and deviations, and those who follow him sign as well, and perhaps his matter has evolved and became the owner of passion in understanding the evidence.

As a result of misplacing the evidence, Islamic sects, the most dangerous in this aspect, are AlKhawareg.

It is the research paper that occupied most of its topics, and the distance from the purpose of the evidence resulted in facts that the Prophet, may God bless him and grant him peace, denied to its companions, and its impact is still repeated.
