Abstract EN

The research is based on downloading the five major principles of jurisprudence and trying to apply them to the principles of the Human Fraternity Document signed by Al-Azhar and the Catholic Church.

The researcher has briefly talked about it, summarized it, proved the origin of the rules from the Qur'an and Sunnah, controlling their language and terminology, and stating a party of the jurisprudential branches that fall under the major rules, which are considered an application of the principles of the document of human brotherhood.
