This study dealt with the subject of "principles upon which the Document of Human Fraternity is based in the Field of Ethics and Transactions", aiming to show the impact of the application of Sharia principles in preserving the human soul and preserving human dignity.

It relied on the inductive approach.

Ethics and dealings as the principle of preserving human dignity without distinguishing between a Muslim and a non-Muslim, and the evidence for that, and the principle of tolerance, forgiveness and not harming others.

And that this is from the basis of human relations, the principle of cooperation in righteousness and the dissemination of the spirit of love and affection, and this principle is included under good treatment, as well as the principle of preserving public morals and protecting moral values such as justice and equality, the sanctity of aggression against oneself and money, the principle of mutual respect and acceptance of others, and the evidence for that, and the principle Fulfillment of international contracts, covenants and covenants.
