Abstract EN

To clarify the wisdom of Sharia in the distinction between men and women in some jurisprudence rulings, emphasizing that this distinction is the eye of justice; Because the olute equality between the two different injustice to one of them.

In this research, I have adopted the inductive-analytical method.

It was divided by an introduction, a preface, two chapters and a conclusion, and the introduction includes: the importance of the topic and the reasons for its selection, the problem of research, methodology in research, previous studies, and a research plan.

As for the first topic, I made it into the aspects of equality between men and women in Islam, and it contains demands.

As for the second topic, I made it into examples of jurisprudential applications in which women differed from men, including: the difference between men and women in the provisions of certificates, the difference between men and women in the provisions of inheritance, and the difference between men and women in the provisions of alimony.

The conclusion was made in the most important results and recommendations of this research.
