This research deals with the human right to freedom of thought and belief, and highlights the approach of Islam in establishing this freedom, showing how Islam took care of the mind and how to break the freedom of thought, and how it allowed intellectual pluralism and did not find sources of dissenting opinions, and compares between the freedom of thought in Islam and others of us, as it highlights the freedom of belief in Islam and its quasi, religion, which has made the role of Islam in which the human being is bound.

He also mentioned that Islam guarantees to non, Muslims the freedom to practice their rituals and worship, supporting that with theoretical and practical evidence.
