Abstract EN

After looking and examining in the letter of Issues of the Imitator and the Pollster of the Imam Mohammed Bin Ibrahim Al-Wazir, may God have mercy on him, I number the summary of my work and investigation.

The first issue: Is it obligatory for a person who is not a mujtahid (Islamic Scholar) to adhere to a particular madhhab (religious doctrine) of a particular Imam or not? Where the author decided that an ordinary person must be restricted to one madhhab (religious doctrine), and it is forbidden for an ordinary person to pick up the licenses of the madhhabs.

The second issue: Is it permissible to imitate more than one imam in the issue? The author decided in this issue that it is a branch of the first issue, so whoever necessitates commitment follows that, and whoever does not dictate it, does not allow it.

The third issue: Is it permissible to move around between the doctrines of Al Al- Bayt, peace be upon them, and not the others? The author decided that there must be a difference between Ahl Al-Bayt, peace be upon them, and others, because of what was mentioned about them in the Holy Quran and the Sunnah in preference.

As for the fatwa and the permissibility of imitating a specific person, there is no difference between Ahl Al-Bayt, peace be upon them and the others in this regard.

The fourth issue: What if the person in charge adheres to the doctrine of Imam Al-Hadi, peace be upon him, and some of the followers of the imam who spoke correct on his doctrine other than what he stipulated? The author decided that this issue revolves around following the strongest assumption, and giving precedence to the most probable over the likely and asked the most correct when the tie.
