The study aimed to know the concept of administrative control, its types and methods.

And its objectives represented in (public security, public tranquility, public health, and public morals) and the limits of the administrative control authorities that serve the public interest and protect individuals from the arbitrariness of the administration.

All dangers that threaten his security, health and tranquility, so it was necessary to identify this job and its limits, as it affects individual rights and freedoms.

The study used the descriptive analytical approach, which deals with all information related to the subject of the study by extracting theoretical ideas from various legal references and from previous research and letters related to the subject.

The study reached several results, the most important of which are: that the objectives of administrative control are specific to a purpose, the aim of which is: to maintain public order, as the administration is not allowed to deviate from it or take from it a means to reach other legitimate or illegitimate goals, otherwise its behavior would be tainted by the defect of deviation, Pursuant to the rule of assignment of objectives; So that there is harmonization and balance between the interests of the group on the one hand and the due respect towards the activity of the individual on the other hand.

The study also found that the controls and restrictions of the seizure procedure consist in investigating the purpose of the seizure procedures, the proportionality of the procedure, and the subordination of the administrative control procedures to judicial oversight.
