This study is under the title; woman and forensic and political jobs -(ministry-.judiciary conditioning sharia law.) aims at original zing woman work in political and forensic jobs.

The research problem is about is it possible for a woman to assume a judiciary post and other jobs?.

The researcher has followed the historical Documenational method the following are the results of study; there are some ministries which are difficult for a woman to administer and it is better for a her administer her home affairs.
