Abstract EN

This study came in the statement of the provisions deduced from the jurisprudence of skate, through the statement of its importance, purposes, and social, economic and legal objectives.

Based on these great legitimate purposes, this research paper sheds light on the concept of Zakat, its legitimacy, governance and expenses, and the impact of this on addressing poverty and unemployment in society.

Among the forms of Islamic Shania’s fight against poverty through the obligatory skate, skate al-fit, alms, donations, and others, by addressing economic problems in society such as poverty, unemployment, hoarding and others.

The Islamic Sharia urges this in many verses in the Noble Qur’an (Those who spend their money day and night, secretly and openly, will have their reward And that one of the objectives of the study is to clarify the role of skate in addressing poverty and unemployment in society.

As for the study method, it is an inductive approach in deducing rulings from the jurisprudence of skate from Qur’an texts.

At the end of the study, the researcher reached a number of results and recommendations, including: The state’s interest in collecting skate and spending it on the poor and needy.

The state should develop skate funds and support youth projects.
