The paper aimed to correct some misconceptions, such as the belief that the Qur’an can only derive from it the jurisprudential rulings and what is related to the branches of worship and transactions, and to show the miracle of the Qur’an and its inclusion of what people need in their world and the hereafter, as it aimed to achieve reflection on the Holy Qur’an, which he left Many Muslims.

The researcher has followed the inductive and analytical method in this study, and the research problem is what is the care that Al-Qurtubi- may God have mercy on him- gave to deduction from the Holy Qur’an? The researcher reached several results, including that the deduction from the Noble Qur’an includes all verses and is not limited to a number of verses, as it includes all that people need.

Its interpretation is one of the books most similar to the books of the mosques, which is considered the imam of al-Tabari- may God have mercy on him.
