The research paper dealt with the study of the issue of methods of appeal against arbitration decisions - models of Arab legislation.

It is known that arbitration decisions may be objected to through appeal, but there is a discrepancy in the Arab arbitration legislation regarding the methods of appeal between the appeal of invalidity and the appeal without invalidity.Therefore, the study aimed to identify ways to challenge arbitration decisions, with an explanation of the opinion of some Arab arbitration legislation in this regard.

The study followed the analytical approach in order to extrapolate the legal texts to show that discrepancy.

The study reached several conclusions, the most important of which are: The methods of objection and appeal against arbitration decisions in the legislation under study are multiple.

The objection may be submitted by third parties to the court originally competent to hear the dispute.
