n view of the importance of the basic education stage (primary) as it is the pillar in building the personality of the individual, as well as the importance of language and its skill and the role it plays in students' learning and their cognitive, emotional and psychomotor development; Therefore, the current research focuses its interest in building an educational program based on listening skills for primary school students, which enables researchers and teachers alike, when applied, to develop the students' expressive performance and speaking skills.

The researcher used the descriptive approach to achieve this goal, as the proposed program included (14) Each topic is presented in a single lesson that takes (40) minutes.

The program also included a variety of methods, methods and activities.
