Abstract EN

The current research aims to measuring the human strengths of teachers of special education institutes in Baghdad / Rusafa.

To achieve the aim of the research, the human strengths scale is applied to a sample of (50) female teachers from the special education institutes for disability (mental and hearing impaired children's institutes.

Then the researcher has used t-test to find out the results which show that those teachers have human strengths
