Perfectness adjectives in one of the fiancé is considered as a basic reason for a couple acceptance to each other .

Perfection adjective within marriage process can be referred for example by beauty female virginity and not to have another wife for a male .neither male nor female has the right to complain the lack of these adjectives unless it they are involved as a condition at the marriage contract since they are not essential articles in usual contracts .but male or female has the right to complain the like of these adjectives if they are involved in the contract because this can affect their acceptance.

So we can find that some Muslim jurisprudent or shaiks permitted males or females requirement of having a Perfection adjective in one of them and he or she can break the contract if it is not as it was required .this means that it can affect progressing of marriage relationship and breaking the marriage contract can have financial effects as well.
