Abstract EN

The many different various terms of reference have been granted by the constitutional text.

Many powers among these is the judicial authority which finds its organic and functional basis in the text of the constitution.

From that the judicial granted power and since it administratively and financially independent, so has been granted many jurisdictions and not exclusive restricting its competence to interpret the constitutional text and consequently there are procedural and substantive restrictions on the competence in interpretation.

Therefore I decided to divide this research into two topics, the first dealing with the procedural restriction and the second devoted to discussing the objective restrictions.
