English Abstract

The current research aims to identify the correlation between the two variables of the research (emotional effort and its relationship to psychological empowerment of teachers in light of e-learning).

The research sample consisted of (250) male and female teachers from the Diyala Education Directorate for the academic year 2020-2021 AD.

T-test for one sample, binary analysis of variance, and Pearson correlation coefficient: The results showed a positive, statistically significant correlation between emotional effort and psychological empowerment, and there are differences according to the gender variable on both scales, while the results proved that there were no differences in service life and achievement on both scales.

Both scales and the results proved that there were differences in the interactions of the three variables on the emotional stress scale, while the results did not prove any differences in these interactions on the psychological empowerment scale.
