This academic intervention aims to present a theory critical visions at the national and international community levels against the blatant legal gaps on human rights spaces, especially media rights (in terms of media legislation), mainly during the human rights defenders are increasing in what concerns the media, communication and information domain, this later suffers from political employment because of the lack of clear legislate protection from this exploitation as a human's right as a right given to him by all the international legal laws and all divine religions.
