The main objective of the research is to reveal the relationship between childhood abuse and its relationship to the psychopathic personality of university students, in addition to identifying the level of childhood abuse among the sample members of university students.
The study also revealed the level of the psychopathic personality among the sample members.
The research adopted the descriptive approach.
The Childhood Abuse Scale and the Psychopathic Personality Scale were used as a tool for research, and they were distributed to a sample of (180) university students from Anbar University, The results indicated a high level of abuse experiences among the sample members, where the calculated T-value reached (22.98), which is a function of the significance level (0.05) and the degree of freedom (179), as well as the high level of psychopathy characteristics among the sample members, where the calculated T-value amounted to 24.98 (It is a function at the significance level (0.05) and the degree of freedom (179).
And the existence of a relationship between childhood abuse and the psychopathic personality of the sample members, and in light of this, the researcher recommended a number of recommendations and suggestions.
