The research aimed to build a training program for biology teachers according to green economy strategies and to know the impact of the program on the future thinking skills of biology teachers for the fourth scientific grade.

To achieve the second research goal, the following two null hypotheses were formulated: There is no statistically significant difference at the level (0.05) Between the average scores of the biology teachers of the experimental group who underwent the training program according to green economy strategies and the average scores of the biology teachers of the control group who did not undergo the training program on the scale of future thinking skills .The research community for teachers was represented by all the biology teachers of the fourth scientific grade for the academic year (2021/2022) who are affiliated with the Center of the General Directorate of Education in Qadisiyah.

The number of males and females was equal in both groups, as the number of males reached (10) teachers and the number of females (10) teachers .

The researchers conducted an equivalence between the teachers of the two research groups in the variables (the educational qualification, the number of years of service, the training courses they had undergone ((previous experience)), future thinking skills), and he was keen to control some non-experimental variables that could affect the safety of the experimental design Search.

The training program was built according to four stages (the planning stage, the design stage, the evaluation stage, the feedback), and the research tool was represented by the future thinking skills scale, and it was prepared according to six skills: (forecasting, forecasting, planning, solving future problems, positive thinking, evaluation).

Futurist) and adopted the five-way Likart method of measurement, and its final version consisted of (81) items, including (7) revealing items distributed over the six skills of the scale.

Its apparent validity, construct validity, discriminative power, and difficulty coefficient were calculated.

The stability of the scale was extracted by two methods of split-half.

After correction, it reached (0.85) by the Spearman-Brown equation, as well as according to the Cronbach’s alpha equation, and it reached (0.88).

The application of the training program extended for ten days for the period from From Sunday (11/21/2021) to Thursday (2/12/2012), at two sessions per day for an hour and a half.

After the end of the experiment, the researchers used the Statistical Package for Social Sciences (20-SPSS) and (Microsoft Excel) program in Data processing, and after analyzing it statistically, the researchers concluded: The teachers of the experimental group outperformed the teachers of the control group in the scale of future thinking skills.
