Abstract EN

The current research aims to identify the enjoyment of life among the employees of the University of Dhi Qar, and to achieve the objectives of the research, the researchers adopted the measure of enjoyment of life for the researcher (Shabeel, 2021) and it consists of (41) paragraphs distributed over two areas (the cognitive domain and the emotional domain), and the research was conducted on A construction sample of (400) male and female employees, and a final application sample of (282) male and female employees of (174) males and (108) females.

The sample was chosen by random method from the University of Dhi Qar, then the paragraphs of the scale were analyzed logically and statistically to calculate their discriminatory ability and their validity coefficients.

The researcher verified the apparent validity and the constructive validity indicators of the two scales, and calculated the stability of the two scales by (Cronbach’s alpha-retest), and for the purpose of ascertaining the research procedures and results, the researchers used the following statistical means: Ka2 square _ t-test for one sample _ t-test for two independent samples _ Pearson correlation coefficient _ Regression variance analysis.

The results showed the following: 1_The research sample has a high level of enjoyment of life A_: There is no statistically significant difference in enjoying life according to the gender variable (males, females).2_ B_: There is a statistically significant difference in the enjoyment of life according to the service variable and in favor of five years or less.

C_: There is no significant interaction between the variables (sex and service).
