Abstract EN

The current research aims to identify the sensitivity of rejection among employees, and to achieve the objectives of the current research, the researchers built a search scale based on the theory of (Downey & Faldman, 2005), which consisted of (14) situations that the respondent was asked to answer related to the following: (a- The degree of concern or interest ) and its alternatives (not interested and anxious, interested and feeling a little concerned, moderately interested and concerned, very interested and concerned, very interested and anxious) and (B-expecting others to accept or reject) and its alternatives (unlikely, slightly likely) , moderately likely, more likely, very likely), and the discriminatory strength of the scale items and the validity and reliability coefficient were verified by applying the scale to the statistical analysis sample of (300) from the research sample community represented by the employees of the Martyrs Foundation (male - female) taken stratified random method, and the results showed 1.

The presence of rejection sensitivity among the employees.

There are no statistically significant differences in the sensitivity to rejection between males and females.
