The study aims to identify the health care provided to the elderly in slum areas The study was conducted in the city of Baghdad in housing of Al-Karkh and Al-Rusafa for of identify the reality of health care and services available to the elderly in slum areas as well as the needs challenges faced by the elderly.

To achieve this, the study has followed the analytical descriptive method by applying a questionnaire on an intentional sample of 350 elderly people living in slums in the city of Baghdad on both sides of Al-Karkh and Al-Rusafa, Also, the social survey is used to collect data from the questionnaire, observation, and interview.
