Abstract EN

This study dealt with a comparison in the criteria for selecting educational supervisors and specialists (according to the number of years of experience).

the two researchers used the descriptive approach, where the research community included (514) supervisors and supervisors, and the researcher presented a questionnaire on a sample of the community amounted to (294) supervisors, and the research tool included resolution on (8), eight axes, for the selection of new educational supervisors in terms of the number of years of experience, the results showed that there are significant differences between the two variables, (less than 5 years and from 5 years to 10 years), in favor of a variable (from 5 years to 10 years), and between (5 to 10 years more than 10 years), and the results showed no differences.
