The research aims to identify the correlation between the management of emotions and performance among the basketball referees of the first degree in Iraq, and to extract the standard levels for the management of emotions and performance among the basketball referees of the first degree in Iraq, and the descriptive approach was used in the survey method, normative studies and correlational relationships, and the research community determined from first-class basketball referees accredited and registered in the records of the central basketball federation, which are (61) referees.
