Arabic Abstract

أن تحسين القدرات البدنية الخاصة بلعبة الكرة الطائرة، قد تكون العامل الحاسم في كسب المباريات، و لاسيما عندما تساوي أو تقارب المستوى المهاري لدى الفريقين، إذ أن التعرف على حقيقة القياس باستخدام التقنيات الحديثة التي ستتمتع نتائجها بالدقة و التي تساعد في رفع مستوى اللاعبين من الناحية البدنية و المهارية، و لا يعقل الباحثون أهمية القياسات الأخرى غير المباشرة أو المباشرة، و التي قد تكون نتائجها قريبة بالمقارنة مع الأجهزة الحديثة.

من خلال متابعة الباحثون لبحوث عدة لاحظوا أن استخدام القياسات غير المباشرة هي السائدة في الوقت الحاضر، و أغلب الدراسات و البحوث خاصة في التربية الرياضية تنعكس سلبيا على الأداء من خلال ضعف دقة نتائج القياسات غير المباشرة، لذلك ارتأى الباحثون إلى ضرورة القيام بمثل هذه الدراسة، و عليه أن استخدام القياس المباشر قد يكون أكثر موضوعياً و أكثر دقتاً في وضع الدرجة، فضلا عن الاقتصاد في الوقت و الجهد والكلفة.

كانت أهم الأهداف في التعرف على علاقة بين قيم متغيرات القدرة الانفجارية للرجلين بمؤشر دقة الضرب الساحق القطري بالكرة الطائرة لأفراد عينة البحث.

نسبة مساهمة قيم متغيرات القدرة الانفجارية للرجلين بمؤشر دقة الضرب الساحق القطري بالكرة الطائرة الأفراد عينة البحث.

على ذلك اقترض الباحثون هناك علاقة ذات دلالة إحصائية بين قيم متغيرات القدرة الانفجارية للرجلين بمؤشر دقة الضرب الساحق القطري بالكرة الطائرة الأفراد عينة البحث.

و هناك نسب مساهمة معنوية لقيم قيم متغيرات القدرة الانفجارية للرجلين بمؤشر دقة الضرب الساحق القطري بالكرة الطائرة لأفراد عينة البحث.

و لقد استخدم الباحثون المنهج الوصفي بأسلوب العلاقات الارتباطية لملائمة لطبيعة المشكلة البحث، إذ تكونت عينة الدراسة من لاعبي نادي بيشمركة بالكرة الطائرة للرجال فتة المتقدمين المشاركون ضمن الدوري العراقي النخبة و عددهم (۱۹) لاعبا، اختار الباحثون (۸) لاعبين بالطريقة العمدية ممن يؤدون مهارة الضرب الساحق العالي القطري المركز رقم (4)، و قد استخدم الباحثون الاختبار الضرب الساحق القطري للحصول إلى البيانات منها (اختبار القدرة الانفجارية الرجلين باستخدام جهاز (Smart Jump)، و اختبار مؤشر دقة الضرب الساحق القطري)، و قد أجري تطبيق الاختبار في القاعة المغلقة (الشهيد احمد) في نادي البيشمركة الرياضي في محافظة السليمانية، و تم إجراء المعالجات الإحصائية باستخراج البيانات عن طريق الحقبة الإحصائية للعلوم الاجتماعية (SPSS)، من خلال النتائج التي توصل إليها الباحثون لمتغيرات Smart jump المبحوثة (القدرة، و أعلى ارتفاع، و زمن الطيران) عند أداء الضرب الساحق القطري بالكرة الطائرة لدى عينة البحث علاقة ارتباط عالية بمؤشر الدقة.

و أسهمت مؤشرات Smart jump بنسب عالية بمؤشر الدقة عند أداء الضرب الساحق القطري لدى عينة البحث.

و يوصي الباحثون التأكيد على تطوير القدرة الانفجارية للرجلين و الذراعين لوصول اللاعب إلى اعلى ارتفاع ليساعد اللاعب بتوجيه الكرة بدقة أثناء أداء الضرب القطري، و التأكيد على امتلاك كليات التربية الرياضية و أقسامها إلى تكنولوجيا القياس المتطورة مثل الجهاز (Smart Jump) لتقويم القدرة الانفجارية للعضلات و مقارنتها للرياضيين المحليين و مقارنتها مع مستوى النخبة في العام المعرفة مكامن القوة و الضعف في أداء رياضيينا.

English Abstract

Improving the physical abilities of the game of volleyball may be the decisive factor in winning matches, especially when the skill level of the two teams is equal or close, as recognizing the fact of measurement using modern techniques whose results will be accurate and that help raise the level of players in terms of physical and skill, nor the researcher neglects the importance of other indirect or direct measurements, whose results may be close compared to modern devices.

through the researchers' follow-up of several researches, they noticed that the use of indirect measurements is prevalent at the present time, and most studies and research, especially in physical education, are negatively reflected on performance through the poor accuracy of the results of indirect measurements.

direct may be more objective and more accurate in setting the degree as well as economy in time, effort and cost.

the most important objectives were to identify a relationship between the values of the explosive power variables of the two men with the accuracy index of the cross court smash hit with volleyball for the members of the research sample.

the proportion of the contribution of the values of the explosive power variables of the two legs to the accuracy index of the cross court volleyball smash for the members of the research sample.

accordingly, the researcher assumed that there is a statistically significant relationship between the values of the explosive power variables of the two men with the accuracy index of the cross court smash hit with volleyball for the members of the research sample.

there are significant contribution ratios for the values of the explosive power variables of the two men in the accuracy index of the cross court smash hit in volleyball for the members of the research sample.

the researchers used the descriptive approach in the manner of associative relations to suit the nature of the research problem, as the study sample consisted of the players of the Peshmerga club in volleyball for men, the category of applicants participating in the elite Iraqi league and numbering (19) players.

the test was conducted in the closed hall (Martyr Ahmed) in Peshmerga Sports Club in Sulaymaniyah governorate.

statistical treatments were performed by extracting data by means of the statistical era for social sciences (SPSS), through the results reached by the researchers.

the researched smart jump variables (capacity, highest altitude, and flight time) when performing the cross court crushing volleyball hit in the research sample have a high correlation relationship.

as for the smart jump indicators, high percentages contributed to the accuracy index when performing the cross court smash hit in the research sample.

the researchers recommend emphasizing the development of the explosive ability of the legs and arms to reach the player to the highest height to help the player direct the ball with high accuracy while performing the diagonal strike.

and to emphasize that physical education colleges and departments have advanced measurement technology such as the smart jump device to evaluate the explosive ability of muscles and compare it to local athletes and compare it with the elite level in the year to know the strengths and weaknesses in the performance of our athletes.
