This research aims to reveal the difficulties and obstacles that stand in the way of the scientific publishing industry in Algeria, through a diagnostic study of the facts of scientific publishing in Algeria and the knowledge of the publishing vessels in charge of this and the measures taken by them while dealing with various academic scientific products, The research reached a set of results, which can be summarized as follows: - Most of the reforms witnessed by the higher education sector in Algeria, most of them did not touch the core of this sector, which is scientific research; - Relying on traditional methods and improvisational programs despite the technological and digital development in this field; -Lack of advice from experts and specialists in the field of publishing scientific research.
