Abstract EN

This study aims to try to monitor and analyze the most important critical perceptions of security in international relations by focusing on the essential European schools of security, such as Frankfurt, Copenhagen, Abrestvith, and Paris, where these different schools formed the primary basis from which all critical perceptions of security were launched.

Tracing the path of establishing the Beirut School for Critical Security Studies as the first Arab attempt to theorize in this Western field of knowledge.
